How to Measure
•Bust: Wrap the tape gently around the fullest part of your chest (the apex) to get the total circumference.
•Waist: Measure the total circumference around the narrowest part of your waist.
•Length / Back Length: Place the measuring tape at the base of your neck (center back). Measure straight down the middle of your back to the bottom edge of the hem.
•Sleeve Length: Place the tape at the shoulder seam and measure down to the edge of the sleeve..

• Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $89 USD.
• For orders under $89 USD, a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 USD applies.

Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, please allow 12-17 days for your package to arrive at your door.

Processing Times
Due to inclement weather or global events, shipping carriers may occasionally experience disruptions. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed and delivered.

• Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
• Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped in 3-4 business days.
• Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship in 3-4 business days.
• Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.

Please keep in mind that delivery typically takes about 12-17 days after shipment. Occasionally, we may send your items in separate shipments to ensure they reach you sooner—you'll get a notification for each package if we do.
