Delivery Time
From the moment your order is placed to when it arrives at your door, please allow 12-17 days for delivery.

Standard U.S. Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)

• Free Shipping is available on all orders over $89 USD.
• For orders under $89 USD, a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 USD applies.

Remote Areas & Territories

• Free Shipping is available on all orders over $100 USD.
• For orders under $100 USD, a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.99 USD applies.
• Remote areas include: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping Exceptions
Please note that at this time, we are unable to deliver to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Due to inclement weather or global events, shipping carriers may occasionally experience disruptions. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed and delivered.

• Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
• Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped in 5-7 business days.
• Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship in 3-4 business days.
• Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. Please remember that delivery will take approximately 12-17 days after shipment. Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.

• If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received.
• We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing separate orders for each.
