Return Policy

Orders may be returned up to 21 days after your order has shipped. Returns must be in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations.

All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories.

Any item that shows signs of wear (stains, odor, missing tags, missing accessories, etc.) will automatically incur a 25% restocking fee.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. If received, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

To begin a return, please visit our self-service returns portal and enter your order information. Follow the instructions to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please note: The exact return shipping address will be provided to you directly within the returns portal once your return request is successfully submitted and approved. Please do not mail any items back before initiating the return in our system.

We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please complete the return process first and then place a new order. The refund will be credited back to your original payment account within 5–10 days after our warehouse receives your returned items.

Start your return in our returns portal. Once your returned item is received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does, please contact us right away through email at customerservice@lutinsylve.com and we will get it taken care of for you! If we are not notified before receiving your return, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
